blood apnea

last night i rolled over on my left arm in my sleep, which was mostly hanging off the bed. i woke up and it had been so compressed that it felt like it had completely separated from my body. it had no sensation. i couldn't move it to get it back on the bed, and had to grab the arm with my right hand. my right hand felt the grab, but my left arm did not feel the grab. in my hand a heavy, cold thing.
